We teach the needy girls various courses like Sewing, Mehndi, Making Pickles, Computer Training, Beauty Parlour etc.

Sewing is a 3 monthly course and we charge 200 Rs per course. That is just Rs 67 per month. We also provide all the raw material like clothes, threads etc to needy girls and the course costs us approximate 700 Rs per girl depending upon the strength.

Computer Training is 3 month courses and we charge Rs 300 per course. That is 100 Rs per month. Sometimes due to learning abilities, this courses stretch to 4 months also but our course fee remains same. This course costs us about 800 Rs per girl.

Beauty Parlour is also 3 month courses and we charge Rs 300 per course. That is 100 Rs per month. This is our most sought after course and it costs us the most due to expensive practice material. This course costs us about 1000 Rs per girl.

Mehndi / Henna is a seasonal course and we take this course only in summers and winters. This is one month course and we charge Rs 100 for this course. This course costs us Rs 500 per girl due to raw material and other expenses.

At the end of each course, we take exam of what is taught and if the girl is ready, we get her job or hire her in the organisation. For all the course there is fixed monthly expenses other than the one time equipment expenses that the trust has done. There are expenses like rent, teachers salary, electricity etc.

Other than this we teach girls how to make pickles, chutneys, snacks, namkeen and chips. These are all sold and complete earnings are used for there development.

Our sole motive is to make girls independent by teaching them various types of handicrafts like Sewing, Mehndi, Making Pickles, Knitting, Computer Training, Beauty Parlour course etc. We sell the products that these girls make and then use the earnings in development of these girls. Seeing their products getting sold, gives them great motivation and boosts their self-confidence and self-respect. This way the needy girls become independent to earn livelihood and help their family and society.
